What we verify before tradespeople join Hirafy.ma
Business verification
During registration, each professional must provide their business information. We verify that the business is properly registered and active. We also verify that the activity code matches the construction sector or the trade the professional is registering for. For professionals in other sectors, we require an official insurance certificate.
Identity verification
When a professional registers on Hirafy, we ask for a photo of both sides of their national ID card, and review it by hand before the account is verified.
Certifications and skills verification
For regulated trades, we verify that each professional is qualified by collecting their certifications. For non-regulated trades, we require them to pass an online skills test before they can respond to projects.
Standards compliance
We act quickly and effectively when a problem is identified through our complaint process or our checks. If a professional does not meet our standards, they are removed from Hirafy.ma.
