For professionals in other sectors, we require an official insurance certificate.
When a professional signs up on Hirafy.ma, we require a valid identity document, such as a passport or national identity card.
For regulated trades, we verify that each professional is qualified by collecting their certifications. For non-regulated trades, we require them to pass an online skills test before they can respond to projects.
We act quickly and effectively when a problem is identified through our complaint process or our checks. If a professional does not meet our standards, they are removed from Hirafy.ma.
