Welcome to Hirafy. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services. By creating an account or using Hirafy, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Hirafy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Hirafy is a platform that connects customers with skilled tradespeople in Morocco. We facilitate the connection by allowing customers to post projects, receive quotes, and communicate with professionals. We are not a party to any agreements between customers and professionals, and we do not guarantee the quality of work performed. Professionals on our platform undergo a verification process, but final hiring decisions are the responsibility of the customer.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Each person may only maintain one account. Providing false information or creating duplicate accounts may result in account suspension or termination.
Professionals on Hirafy maintain a wallet balance used to pay commissions when hired for projects. Commission rates are clearly displayed before any transaction. Wallet top-ups are processed through approved payment methods. Hirafy reserves the right to adjust commission rates with reasonable notice. All amounts are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform. You agree not to post false reviews, spam other users, or circumvent the platform to conduct transactions outside of Hirafy. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension.
All content, design, and technology on the Hirafy platform are owned by Hirafy or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, descriptions, reviews) but grant Hirafy a license to display and use this content on the platform. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
Hirafy is not responsible for the quality of work performed by professionals on our platform. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or from any transaction between you and a professional. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid to Hirafy in the 12 months preceding the claim.
In the event of a dispute between a customer and a professional, we encourage both parties to communicate through our platform messaging system to reach a resolution. Hirafy may, at its discretion, mediate disputes but is not obligated to do so. Any legal disputes shall be governed by Moroccan law and resolved in the courts of Casablanca.
